Sleuth Software's JMS features a comprehensive and user friendly booking workflow, enabling your staff to create new booking records, edit booking information for existing inmates, view detailed information, and create customized reports. Inmate Tracking
While in your facility, Sleuth tracks all of an inmate's activities.  Cell assignments and changes, recreation and counseling, meals, mail, incoming telephone calls, visitors, rule violations and no contact lists are tracked, as well as management of court dates and outside appointments. All inmate tracking becomes part of the inmate's permanent record.

Medical
A complete medical history is collected on each inmate upon booking.  Sleuth's medical tracking creates a comprehensive log of all medical services provided to inmates within your facility, from the regular administration of prescribed medications to doctor's visits and hospital stays.

Inmate Accounting
Track money held for inmates and record transactions involving those funds.  This section handles commissary sales, medical and incidental items billing of inmates, as well as inmate facility housing charges to other agencies.

Investigations
Search for inmate matches using different descriptions.  Compare an individual with another inmate and produce photo lineups.  The inmate classification module analyzes and scores inmates on gang affiliations and other bias conflicts, to identify and prevent potentially dangerous situations.

Reports
