Designed to work either in a command console or in a visual mapping mode, Sleuth CAD works equally well with a single dispatcher or multiple dispatchers and agencies.  Each dispatcher can set up the system to operate according to their own preferences. Sleuth CAD includes dozens of features to help your dispatch center, including quick call entry, automatic timers, unit suggestions, house checks, reports, statistics and more.  The software integrates with Sleuth Records Management and Mobile Data Console for fully automated,

silent unit dispatching and gives your officers the ability to check records and update calls from the field.

With our enhanced 911 Interface, data is imported directly into call screens, speeding dispatch efficiency to ensure your officers arrive on the scene as quickly as possible.

Key Features

Sleuth CAD is designed with a minimum number of screens for ease of use and to ensure your information is always available quickly when you need it.  Screen can be accessed through a toolbar or shortcut functions.


The CAD Call screen is designed for quick and easy data entry to originate a call for service.  Calls contain contains comprehensive information about the call, collected both upon initial entry and automatically updated with additional data as the call progresses.

CAD Status is the key command center screen.  This window brings together active calls, units, available officers and radio messages to give you a complete picture of all dispatch activity.  Color and audible alerts notify dispatchers of calls and units requiring attention.

You can also changes the screen display from a text information screen to a map view.  Maps lets you view and identify units and call locations on one of several, customizable map displays.

Unit Messages capture and provide easy searching of radio traffic.  Many unit status changes automatically generate tracking radio messages linked both to the unit and call. 


Reports provides a choices of over two dozen customizable reports.   Sleuth CAD operators can also search and import master name, vehicle and incident records from your Sleuth Records Management System, for speed and continuity of information flow.
