Using our web-based GoToAssist service, our technicians can instantly access your computer or network and implement any update or solution necessary to get your question or issue resolved quickly.

 

Ongoing support contracts are available on an annual basis. Our comprehensive product support offers friendly 24/7 telephone and instant online support plus much more.

 


Updates / Upgrades

With our support, once you’ve paid for your Sleuth software, you never have to pay again for the same Sleuth product. Your continuous support agreement entitles you to perpetual updates and even version upgrades for your licenses at no additional cost (upgrade related services, database costs and licenses are billed as a separate charge). Part of your software support fees go towards research and development of new software releases. Annual maintenance fees also support the development of client suggested enhancements, software updates that keep pace with changes in state forms and requirements and comprehensive pre-release testing.
